Not feeling very Bride like.

DreamyD Posted:

Not feeling very Bride like.

I'm exhausted constantly
Breaking out
Fat and bloated
My house is a mess
And I don't feel like I'm getting anything done for this wedding.

I can barely drag myself to work.

Re: Not feeling very Bride like.

I guess I pictured all of this going differently. Massages and facials while getting treated special and dreaming of the big day-
But this is reality- not a movie and frankly it's all stress, ******** and problems. Not to mention the MONEY. Living like paupers to pay for one day. It's just all seeming nuts to me at this point.
People who I would do ANY thing for and have- are RSVPing 'no'
And it's heart breaking as well as eye-opening.

I'm just feeling inadequate as a bride. I can't keep everything I'm supposed to do straight.
I had my bachelorette last year before our 'first attempt' and I really wish I didn't cause I could totally use a girls weekend while FH is in FL with his boys next week (a surprise from me.)

Bleh,

Expectations are truly the mother of suffering.
I guess if I expected to feel overwhelmed, super stressed and let down in the process and people involved- than I wouldnt be suffering!!

Don't worry, you're not alone, I feel like this a lot lately too... I am so excited and happy about most things but every once in awhile I think about all that I need to do and it's so DAUNTING!!

Also I gained weight over the summer and I NEED to lose it by December!

It will pass and everything will work out!!!
