I have not actually visited them yet, but I had such a bad experience on the phone with them, I won't even bother wasting my time... It's seems unless you are standing in front of them they can't even spare the time of day & have no personality what so ever! Does anyone feel this was a off day for them??? Should I try going there?
Well that's the thing at the end of the call I asked to speak to the manager & they put on BOB, and I explained the situation & he told me he was suprised because they are having the best year they have had in 48 years in buss. & suggested maybe I shoud look somewhere else... ***?
The sales staff there leave a lot to be desired....but....the prices are really good and the selection is wonderful. I think they have the most bridesmaid dresses I've seen. My daughter had her bridesmaid dresses ordered there and they were about $40 cheaper then anywhere else. They even came in early. If you can ignore the sales people I would go there.
My SIL used them and we had a bad experience ordering the dresses as well as when they came in they ordered the little girls dresses all wayy too big. When they measured my neice the lady yelled at her for not staying still (she was 2 at the time) and called her a brat, which was tottally un called for, what do you expect from a 2 year old when a new person is trying to touch them and is yelling. Once the dresses came, all the junior bridesmaid and flower girls dresses were huge!! They had to fix them at no cost because they messed up on ordering, The same dresses fit perfectly but they did not order the size requested. I would advise on really thinking about going there. I have heard lots of bad reviews about them even though there prices are so good. Its not worth the anxiety.
