Okay, I am really bummed out. I just got my make-up done and the make-up itself looks fine, but I look terrible. I just look absolutely horrible in pictures. I hate the way I look. And now I realized that not even make-up helps. :( I started weight watchers but I don't even know if losing weight would help.... Does anyone else out there ever feel the same way? What do you do that makes you more photogenic and like the way you look?? I just needed to let this out cause if I tell my mom she will tell me I'm crazy (but she has to, she's my mom). Blah. Thanks for listening.

I think your makeup looks very nice! I would leave it as is...when candid shots are being taken, and you're relaxed and enjoying yourself, you won't have the 'posed' look and you'll feel that much better about everything!

WHAT are you talking about???? You look GREAT! Your makeup trial looked incredible! In the one pic especially where you're smiling and your hair is down?? Beautiful!!! You look happy, radiant, and beautiful.

i saw your pics - you are too photogenic! you are so cute!

i think the make up looks great - but if you arent 100% comfortable with it go for another trial - it can't hurt to try something else....

and i def agree with the other girls - real smiles always look great in photos! so dont worry!

Just be naturally happy and try not to over smile when the camera is on you. Tell your photographer about your concern, he will probably know how to combat the issue of you tensing up, such as candids or catching you in the moment.

Personally I think your crazy! you look gorgeous!! trust me when I say this..happiness is key to good pics..that and being relaxed and comfortable!!! I take the best pics when I'm truly happy and having fun, and I hate pics of myself usually..I'm not photogenic by any means! I was worried about the same thing before my wedding too!!! plus my skin broke out real bad a couple of days before my wedding day, and I was in a accident so I had marks and burns from the airbag all over my face..but you know what..IT DIDN'T EVEN MATTER!! I loved my wedding pics..and I love how I look in most of them..and the main reason is because of how happy I looked! Don't stress!!!!

Ok I just looked at your pics and I think you look AMAZING! I dont know you at all but from your pics you look like a real sweetie! I love your smile!!!! My MOH gave me some tips for me E-party that her wedding photographer gave her.
Right before they take the pic say the word 'HI' in your head. When you say Hi to someone you naturally smile. I did it and it worked!!!!!!!!

I keep telling FH that the photographer better do some magic and make me look good in our pics I HATE the way I come out - I get these silly apples on my cheeks :p I feel like I'm not bad in person, but in pics *PUKE* But I just feel, like other girls have said, once we are there with FH/DH we'll just naturally be happy, and that translates so much better on film
