I'm not sure what you mean by a notched ring... most jewelry stores sell a curved bands that will fit around an engagement ring - usually some variation on a simple ring with channel set diamonds. I've seen them in almost every jewelry store I've walked into...
If those don't work for you, the easiest thing to do is just to have one custom made. It's really not any more expensive than buying one in a store - actually, I'm having mine custom made, and it's coming in far cheaper than the storebought ones because I just told her my pricerange and she sent me sketches of things she thought would work.

Cool! I though that having it made would blow my budget out of the water. There are rings that are somewhat 'curved' to fit w/ engagement rings~ but mostly for princess cuts~ the pear shape isn't as popular and more difficult to 'fit'

are you getting a double sided wedding band? If not why not just get the one that is curved? The notch would be on the wrong side of your ering if you werent getting a double
ETA:I have the same setting but round not pear and im getting the curved one. Try Attias, ive seen some there that may work

just to give you an idea of the kind of thing you can do, this is the wax model of what will be my wedding band - she sent me a few sketches of designs, and this is the one I chose. They do a wax model before they make the real one. The red is just to show you where the pattern will be raised up a bit, and there will be a small blue sapphire inside the red curl.
You can really do whatever you want, and it's not crazy costly!
