What if we invite them to be on our board too? I think by the end of the year, a lot of the other girls on the 2011 boards might drop off, so we should have them on our board so we can support them til the end. What do you guys think?

Nothing prevents the November and December 2011 girls from posting on the 2012 board. I do not think an invitation is necessary.
