NRC, FH, CHCC, WM brides. Where did you book hotels for OOT guests?
Any ideas. Distance, pricing?
I really want to be able to shuttle guests..so I'd like to pick one hotel that can suit everyone, or two that are close together! TIA

Our wedding was at CHCC, we stayed at the Melville Marriott along with our OOT guests. We paid $119 and they didn't charge me the extra for the suite I booked and DH was upgraded to a suite as well.
It took less than 15 minutes to get to CHCC from there.

Were getting married in 07 at the CHCC but i booked rooms now at the 06 rates-- Fox Hollow Inn was 219 per night

We went to a wedding at the Woodlands and stayed at the Homewood Suites in Melville. We went to one at the Crest Hollow and stayed at the Huntington Hilton in Melville. I liked the Homewood Suites better, it's brand new and similar in price (and the night we stayed there they were actually a lot cheaper than the Huntington Hilton).

We blocked rooms at the Inn at Fox Hollow and at the Best Western down the road.

I booked Wingate Inn for $149 per night.
We did the same and we had shuttle buses to and from the reception for our guests which we arranged through the hotel.

What about the Fairfield Inn in Syosset. It's on Jericho Tpke. It's owned by Marriott so it's pretty nice. They have also just finished renovating it.

We blocked rooms at the Fairfield Inn in Syosset and got a great price. The rooms are nice and they just finished renovating.

Unfortunately, they don't provide a shuttle, but the bus company we're dealing with is willing to go back and forth to pick everyone up and drop them off so that we only have to book one bus. The hotel is only 1 mile away from the NRC.

Do any of you ladies happen to know if any hotels in that area provide the shuttles? Our BM mentioned it to us and we didn't write it down.

executive inns ( or is it suites?) of woodbury... shuttles us/guests for free to the fox hollow ..and was little over 100 a night.

My reception was at Westbury Manor and we blocked rooms at the Marriott by the coliseum.
