ALLI (diet pills that keep your body from absorbing fat) Make you go... cause you're shatting out all the fat your intestines didn't absorb.
Activia is yogurt with extra and specific probiotics to encourage digestive health. It shouldn't make you go.

LOL, well, this makes you poop when you want to and when you don't... heard stories about people going in their pants cause they felt like they needed to fart... and not a little bit either... it's definitely not a dream drug.

i think it does make u have to go.....fh's younger brother was like, addicted to activia. he ate it sometimes 3x a day bc he liked the flavors so much! then he'd randomly tell us all how many times he had pooped that day. lovely right?

thats cuz of the fiber, especially if hes not used to high fiber diet.
