Hi ladies! So now that the honeymoon has come to an end...im applying to physican assistant school!! (YAY)
I'm hoping to find a PA possibly on LIW that would be able to provide me insight on the PA field as well as possible shadow and for a recommendation for school. PLESE HELP!! Thanks again my fellow brides for all the help in adance

My sister is a PA upstate. She went to UB in Buffalo for undergrad and D'Youville for PA school, that is also in Buffalo though. She loves being a PA, her best friend whose father is an MD even told his own daughter to become a PA and not an MD. Not sure about local schools but I wanted to wish you the best of luck, it's a great field!

I'm a doctor, but my med school (NYCOM) also has a PA program (NYIT) and they are all really cool! Smart guys too!

My cousin in PA school now at Touro in Bayshore. I don't know much about it but she seems to be enjoying it there. Good luck!

Hi, I am a PA. I graduated from Hofstra University in 2007. I am currently working at South Nassau Comminity Hospital in Orthopedic Surgery. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my job. It is such an amazing field to work in. PLease FM me with any questions you have.
