In light of the stress of wedding planning, anyone have any vacations booked for this year?
FH and I are going to Disney at the end of september.

We rent a beach house on FI w/a bunch of friends for a week each July so we are headed there next month! I am so excited!!!!!!!!
Aside from that we will prob do a long weekend upstate b/f the summer is over and I will prob do a long weekend in FL by myself to visit family.

FH and I are going to Disney in Aug, then I'm home for 1 day and head out to Seattle. I'll be in Seattle for a week, then FH will be there for 4 days.

yup same here.....our honeymoon is almost 6 months away and I can't wait!!!!

Went to Aruba in Jan and that will be it until after the honeymoon....next September!! That is gonna really suck!! FH will be complaining in a couple of months for sure because he lives for vacay!!

FH and I are going to NY and Florida (we live in south america). In Florida we are going on a Disney cruise. My sister goes every year and loves it!! My mom and other sister are going as well so it will be like a mini fam reunion.
While in NY (his first time) we will do site seeing for three days and then the rest of the days free (4) will be spent meeting with vendors to finalize details for the wedding.
We made these plans before deciding to get married so soon (prob april 2010). If we hadn´t I think we would´ve waited in order to use the extra cash for the wedding. But like you said, with the stress of wedding planning (especially doing most of it site unseen from across the world!!) I think we will really need it!!

going to the beach house in south carolina on thursday!!!! woooo!!!! then ocean city md a week after we come back and then maybe ireland (partially for business, partially for pleasure.) still waiting on details on that one!
and acapulco in in october!!

FH and I are going to Ireland in October for his cousin's wedding. I'm so excited!!! His whole mom's side of the family lives there so he's been going since he's little so it's like nothing to him but I can't wait! I told him to be prepared for me to act like a tourist lol
Ireland is beautiful i went in 2003 and absolutely loved it...I cant wait to go again!!!
Fh's cousin is getting married in DR in October...we really cant afford it and the money should be going towards our wedding but we really cant miss it.
