NWR: Anybody's road plowed?

Our road still isn't plowed and I know it could be a really long time till it is. Just curious if anyone's roads are plowed and where you live. My mom is stuck up at Stony Brook hospital with my dad and they can't even get the cars out, she hasn't been home since yesterday morning and even if she left she wouldn't be able to get down our road. Hope you and your families fared the storm without any incident!

We live in Selden and it is terrible. We tried to dig our cars out but it was pretty pointless. The super of our complex just came around and plowed but that doesn't help the 3ft of snow that is all around our cars. I have a feeling FH will be working from home on Monday.

I'm in Nassau which didnt get hit as hard as Suffolk.. Our main roads are all plowed. Everyone be safe!!!

I live in selden- my block hasn't been plowed, we got a call from the town of brookhaven saying maybe tomorrow- i live near CR 83- where there are major cars piled up! it is horrible! and since i live on a dead end that is VERY hilly- there is no way i'm leaving my house!!!

I'm in Kings Park and our roads were plowed sometime this afternoon but they're still terrible. Town of Smithtown is usually really good about plowing so I'm surprised its still this bad here, but we did get like 28in so I guess it's not exactly easy work.

Im in Bay Shore, street is plowed a little! but not completely.

we're in West Babylon and our roads were plowed but they are still icy and have some snow. everyone be safe!

I am in Selden too! We are practically trapped. Our complex has so much snow it is crazy. Our super was able to make it through but there is just TOO much snow, barely made a difference.

Glad to know I'm not the only one. My mom pulled onto our road at 7 and we just got her Explorer dug out and we didn't even make it to the house but she's out of the road at least.

Ugh--I've been hearing you guys out east have it a lot worse than we do. My roads were plowed by like 12pm. Stay safe!

My apartment complex in Bohemia is NOTORIOUS for being horrible about plowing. Everybody I talk to says it's the only complaint they have about the place, but it's a pretty big deal when you can't go anywhere! The main street by me isn't a whole lot better either, though. I'm just hoping the roads look better by Monday morning!

I'm in brentwood and the side streets are not plowed at all.

I'm hoping by monday something is done or I won't be going into work.

I live in a court in Mt. Sinai. I'll be lucky if they get to me before the snow melts on it's own ;) We got about 2.5 feet at least. AND to top it all off ~ I'm going to miss my food tasting tomorrow!! They better reschedule me because I heard they still plan to have it! I'm really hoping they don't after all.
