i mean i would feel HORRIBLE if someone was injured for real - but what upsets me is that she was only rear ended - she had a 99 car and it was small, so my truck did do some damage to it and it had to be towed.....right away she said she was hurt and wanted an ambulance - then she started searching her car for her cell phone - she was bending down, she was looking under her seats, then she cleaned out her car, and carried all of her stuff into the ambulance - once she did find her phone she would not get off of it to talk to the police or EMS - i got the impression that whoever she called was coaching her - even though she was saying she was hurt she certainly wasnt acting like it - how was she able to look under her seats for her phone, clean out her car, walk around and then walk into the ambulance while carrying bags!! the woman i work with knows of the family and she said that they have a reputation for suing people - im not sure if thats true or not but she did not seem legit - so it makes it much more aggravating.....

OMG...I had the same scenario. There were 3 people in the car in front of me. The person who was in the back seat took a cab home b/c the two in the front seat (husband and wife) wanted an ambulance. As they waited for the ambulance the husband was checking the bumper for any damage...bending over looking under the car...the wife was dancing on the side of the road...it was a real circus act! Then the ambulance came and they were put on stretchers from standing position. Give me a break!
Some of the crap they said in front of the judge was hysterical...ex. they couldn't do certain sexual positions because of the accident.
give me a break! Some people are real jerks and try to steal money from innocent people because they are too lazy to get a job!
