NWR- Anyone own a condo?

FH and I decided it was a better idea for us to get into a condo, more affordable, and there is no lawn to mow, or snow to shovel.

Anyone care to share where to find a nice big condo? How do you ladies like the ones you are in? Is it just a glorified apartment?

I bought my co-op 7 years ago. It is a medium sized 2 bedroom apt in Astoria.
It was one of the best decisions I ever made. The price has quadrupled in value.
