NWR - Anyone ride the LIRR??

I'm sorry if this offends anyone who's got some sort of special affinity for the LIRR--but it SUCKS!!!

My train has been an average of 30 minutes late every day this week! It's freezing cold and about 2 cars short every day. There are no seats! The parking lots are not plowed, so people park all over the $#@* place!

At least I only have one more week of commuting HELL!!

LIRR is friggin terrible, pretty much the major reason I won't work in NYC. You can add at least 3 hours of commute to your work day, if you work downtown. I worked there once for 2 days and quit because it was rediculous. Well, the job and the commute.

Another reason I want to move somewhere that the city is actually accessable to work in, unlike NYC. Of course also because LI is way to expensive to live in.

OMG!!! Someone from the LIRR must've read this today because on the 6:21 back to Ronkonkoma it was so stifling hot in the train some woman nearly fainted and had to be escorted off.

Someone is punishing us for complaining!!!

LOL, that's hilarious... heat... no way! Thank god, I was on the 4:51 today (rare). We were only 10 minutes late. Not bad!
