NWR: Anyone student loan savvy?

I need help! Can you FM me if you are savvy with the student loan ordeal? Thanks!

What exactly do you need help with?
The pay-off part? Or getting one?
I personally dont have one but FH does so I know a little about them

I guess what I really need is advice on how to handle them. When I called my school that had absolutely no problem helping me get the loans, they say they can't advise me on how to handle the pay off. I understand that they don't want any liability for giving me advice on how to handle my finances but, honestly, I really don't 'get' the whole thing and could use some help or advisement regarding the pay off. Useless. I hate Hofstra on so many levels I can't even get into it.
