Re: NWR...Anyone try any of those self tanning moisturisers...

I hate self tanners - I've tried Jergens plus a lot of others. I've also been professionally spray tanned and was unhappy with that too. I am pretty pale, and find that I always streak and it always smells gross. So, event though it's really bad for me, I have been tanning in tanning beds. I had my final fitting over the weekend and I was thrilled with how tan I looked! I'm only doing it before the wedding, and never again.

Kath, Nutreuogena(sp?)aerosol spray tan worked great.
No need to touch it or run it in after u sprary and the color was good. Try it!

Re: NWR...Anyone try any of those self tanning moisturisers...

I am using the Jergens natural glow when I don't have time for tanning beds. It smells really bad though so I am really trying to just go to the tanning salon. The Jergens works pretty well, but I have problems w/ smells...causes migraines. I know the tanning bed is bad for me, but I need a tan in the worst way for the wedding. I am just going easy w/ it. I go into the least strongest bed for 10 minutes until I get a good base and then work my way up the ranks of the beds. I will not let myself burn.

Re: NWR...Anyone try any of those self tanning moisturisers...

Funny you should ask!!! Ya know I really am not into that stuff but..... since every ding dang lotion company has one (I was reading a magazine and every other page was another tanning lotion ad!) and I am leaving Friday for my friend's wedding in Tampa and I am fish belly white.... I thought I'd give it a whirl!!!!

I bought Dove... cause I love Dove stuff! And today was my first application! I did a full body thing (no face) so I'll come back and post if I notice anything! I got the fair skin tone because I did not want to take any chances!

I started using their face one last week and I really like it. The one that gives you a glow. It doesn't smell bad either.

Re: NWR...Anyone try any of those self tanning moisturisers...

I use Neutrogena self tanning foam, it smells pretty decent and it actually works! I'm going to buy some to tan for my engagement photos because I am soooo pale (damn Irish skin!) and my FI is so tan! (damn Italian!)
