I would like to officially announce that I am leaving my company

My last day will be July 31

No, I do not have a job lined up. I just had it with this place. Some things you just have to do because... well, you just have to do it.

I just keep saying to myself that there is a reason for everything. I truly believe this from the bottom of my heart. Theres so much better for me out there.. I am going to start sending my resume out the 1st week of August.

BEST OF LUCK!!!!!!!! I did it once, I quit teaching, had nothing lined up went back to college and now I LOVE my job!! (Well, ok, MOST of the time I love my job!) GOOD LUCK!!

I just wanted to say good for you. I did the same thing this past Friday. My last day is the 28th. I also have nothing lined up but I feel that there is a lot more out there for all of us. No one should be miserable everyday and that's exactly what I was

Thanks everyone... My FH knows exactly how miserable I am here (I have been telling him for months how much I want to leave) I am going to tell him tonight that I am leaving on the 31st. I will let you all know how it goes. Thank you all for your support. You guys mean more to me that these assholes I have worked with everyday for 3 years!

Congratulations Janie. I know you haven't been happy working there for a long time. Now with this break, you can take your time, focus on your wedding, new life, and a direction you want to take your career in. You're a brave woman, and I respect you greatly for doing what you did.

good luck sweetie, I too had it with my place of work. I am so ready to tell the person in charge where to put his kitchen aid FH told me to stick it out as long as I could because we need the money really bad.
