I bought pirates of the carribean for my brother for xmas and got the blu-ray disc version by accident.
Is that compatible with a regular DVD player or do i need to return it?

no, it's not compatible with a regular DVD player. You have to return/ exchange it.

Has to be returned - BUT the good news is that blu-rays are more expensive than regular DVD's so you can probably get him the entire set for cheaper in regular dvd version!!

I got the DVD on amazon for like $22 bucks.
I looked up the DVD players and I saw prices of like $400
not sure if that is a normal price or if that is expensive or cheap or what. . .
