Ok I know there is a thread for this but i know none of my 06 girls will yell at me for bringing a NWR topic here,

Dont you love the feeling of reading a book and wanting so bad to go and read more??

So.....

Mine are: (not in any order)

1. 'The Guardian' and 'Bend in a Road' Nicholas Sparks
2. 'The Saving Graces' by Patricia Gaffney
3. 'Here on Earth' by Alice Hoffman
4. 'Three Wishes' by Barbara Delinsky
5. 'Diary of a Mad Bride to Be'
And I cant forget 'Summer Sisters'- AMAZING!!!!

Oh boy - this is a toughie.

1. Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum series - all 11 were great!
2. Nicholas Sparks - love his stuff too...wouldn't say they are all books you can't put down...but I love him.
3. Marian Keyes - lovin' her books too!
4. Sophia Kinsella - Shopaholic series!
5. Judy Blume - Summer Sisters! Love, love, love this book!
6. Harry Potter!!

I used to be a big Mary Higgins Clark fan - but started getting tired of her books...her old stuff is great though!

I too loved all of Janet Evanovichs books
Summer sisters is one of my faves
and you are so right about mary higgins clark..
wow we are on the same page..LMAO

I'm not too hard to please when it comes to books - usually something fun and fictional is good for me!! I tend to go to the books with fun covers and colors, as silly as that might sound!

I love Isabella Allende novels. I read ANYTHING I can get my hands on! However lately there has been no time! I think the last book I read was :Everything is Illuminated. I also looooved the 5 people you meet in heaven. I was in the middle of the airport waiting for my plane and getting all teary eyed reading it!

I like Allende. I think in college I read the book she wrote to her daughter. It was beautiful (name of book is Paula).

I love Toni Morrisson books.

News of a Kidnapping by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

Ann Rice's Beauty Trilogy (WOW)

I thought I was the only one who had read the Anne Rice Sleeping Beauty Trilogy!! I lent the books to an old co-worker, and needless to say I never saw them again!!!

I worked in Barnes & Noble for 2 years, so during that time I read a lot and while commuting over the years.

1, Summer Sisters by Judy Blume...yup I read this one also!!
2. Wifey by Judy Blume (technically any 'adult' book written by Judy Blume for that matter, although I grew up with her kids books
3. Any book by Stephen King
4. Any book by Anne Rice
5. Any book by Jackie Collins (when I need my trashy novel fix!)

Did you ever read Dreaming in Cuba by Cristina Garcia? It's a fabulous book, kind of crazy but really enthralling.

1. 'One Hundred Years of Solitude' Gabriel Garcia Marquez - easily the best book I've ever read in my entire life
2. 'Les Miserables' Victor Hugo - slow start, incredible story
3. 'The Outsiders' S.E. Hinton - when I can't sleep at night, I turn to this book for comfort
4. 'Til We Have Faces' C.S. Lewis - great twist on the myth of Psyche
5. 'Less Than Zero' Brett Easton Ellis - brutal and brilliant

You are the only other person I know besides my friend who knows about Til We Have Faces... I read it years ago and LOVED it!!!! iell everyone about it, but no one knows what I'm talking about!!!

GREAT book!!!
