It's terrifying, people shouldn't have to be scared of things like this. I can only imagine what's going to develop within a few hours. They said there's a report of a possible device found at the Mandarin Hotel in Boston. So crazy

'Police just set off a third explosion. Controlled explosion on 600 block on Boylston Street. via @BostonDotCom'

& VP Biden called it a bombing, not an explosion

Crashing..

This world is SICK and Disgusting! I saw that two were dead and 22 were injured. *** is going on in this world where you have to bomb innocent people trying to run a marathon!

They are now saying 50 injured! This is ridiculous! I went to UMass and am texting all my friends to make sure everyone is alright!

Emerson College is on lockdown, so I'm sure other Boston colleges are too. They've put on airline restrictions, shut down all transportation & the bridges.

One report said that the explosions were from a small homemade device, and that it was 2 of many.

This is beyond sad - my thoughts and prayers go out to all the families of those affected! Stuff like this SHOULDN'T happen.

They've cancelled all flights here at JFK going to BOS airport. Hopefully they find whoever(s) responsible for this!

One thing I can say for Boston...they've had an amazing response and plan for this. I can't believe what's going on. A third explosion just happened at JFK Library.

I'm glad that they are taking extra precaution in NYC! This is scary stuff! My friends in Boston are stuck in hotels, restuarants, and such and are not allowed to leave yet. They are very scared!

I am so saddened by this. Boston is one of my favorite cities, maybe even moreso than New York. My heart goes out to everybody there.
