NWR- but need your help!

Hey girls,

I am trying desperately to sell my 2 oboes!! I used to play, but haven't played in over four years!! I have a great plastic beginner oboe and another advanced wooden one. If you know anyone that plays or needs an oboe- I know it's kind of an odd instrument, I would appreciate it so much if you would pass this along. Right now we could really use this $$ for wedding stuff! TIA sooo much!!!

the oboe was always an instrument i wanted to learn how to play!! it is so beautiful!

anyway, have you thought about contacting a music shop? places like sam ashe or independent music shops may jump at the chance to buy them off of you. michael's music in freeport and darn it i'm forgetting the name... but it's on long beach road in oceanside sell/rent instruments... they might be interested.

I don't know who you can sell them to, but I just wanted to say that I used to play the Oboe and have never met another player!!!!

try Ebay!

i put an add up on craiglist so we'll see. next thing is to try a music store. i just dont want to get ripped off!!

Id go to a pawn shop, or a little music store. I believe there one in Medford on 112 where I bought a used flute back in the day. Or sell it on ebay.

We had a garage sale a few weeks ago, and you wouldn't believe how many people asked for musical instruments!

I definitely think you'll get some bites on Craigs List. If not, I know Sam Ash pays decent $ for used instruments.
