If you don't want too much information - look away lol.

I have been having SEVERE menstrual cramps for the past 48 hours with no break. I mean, painful!!! I can't stand up, move around without pain. A hot bath, heating pad, tylenol, nothing is working!

I have hormonal issues but am on BC.

Should I be seriously worried? I've never had pain like this before, and it's never been constant. Literally kept me up for two hours last night, and i thought I was going to have to wake up FH to take me to the hospital.

Any thoughts?!!? Any remedies?

UPDATE: of course my dr wasnt in today. So i spoke with another dr in the practice (but wont take my insurance!) and told her what i am experincing and she reviewed my history and she said wat you all said ~ it appears my cyst(s) have ruptured and that i have to call back tomorrow for tests with my dr. ugh. i have to go back to work tomorrw, so maybe i will leave early to see dr. and i still will have no car :( ugh. im going back to sleep bc i hve to get out of bed to do the henna at 430. thank you all so much for listening and for your advice.

no :( but spoke with one. hopfully tomorrow...this pain sucks!!! other dr said two aleeve..not working

I just spoke to my friend who had ruptured cysts and she said that her pain lasted about 48 hours as well. She said when she went to the doctor they actually didnt do much, they just do a sonogram to make sure everything is OK and that nothing is damaged. If everything looks fine they give pain meds and let you go. So hopefully when u go tomorrow everything will look OK and ull still be fine for ur weekend spiritual wedding!!

P.S. She said its still important to go to the Dr tho bc they have to make sure u dont get an infection.
