When we were shopping around for cabinets we learned so much we didn't know. We learned that tons of the companies out there offer hollow wood cabinets or partially wood cabinets. What that means is that they aren't as strong as cabinets that are solid wood, duh. lol We were dumbfounded when the people in the showrooms were opening the cabinet doors and knocking on them in certain spots to show they were acrylic, NOT wood. This is something good to know.....

We looked at Home Depot and they had the smallest selection. If you can, go to Home Depot Expo in Westbury...they have a huge showroom and all of the sample colors/doors there from brands such as Thomasville, Kraftsmaid and so many others! This is where we found our kitchen cabinets and were so happy with the salespeople there that we went back and bought all of our kitchen appliances there!
