NWR: Co-Op for sale

Hi ladies,

Just thought I would post this... My husband and I are selling our Co-op in East Rockaway (nassau county). Its 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, new kitchen and bathroom. The maintenance is $1017 and that includes all taxes, water, heat, common fees, and is 55% tax deductible. Here is the link... FM if you have any questions.. Good luck with all your planning!! Co-op
