its the same sh!t every week.. jsut NOW its the 'holiday season' so ppl feel the need to treat us more liek SH!t.

its liek this EVERY year.. and it gets worse as it gets closer to xmas.

thank god our regs love us and fight with the assho!es... really they have and they will cont. to stick up for us.

i hate rude customers that only think about themselves.. I work at a bank and GAHHHH!!! I know how it feels!! if I didnt work here I would do kungfu on some of them!

i've always thought it was disgusting how people will treat people who are serving them food/beverage. i mean seriously, if it wasn't for this person you wouldn't be able to purchase your $6 coffee that smells like pumpkin. seriously there is NO RESPECT for people who work in any sort of retail business

i haven't worked in retail in a LONG time, but i always make sure i'm nice to the staff

I can not stand rude people. There is absolutely no reason to treat someone like crap. Ugh I get so frustrated. I used to work in retail so I know exactly how you feel

Sorry you had a bad day. If it makes you feel any better I am always nice to the people serving my food or drink (I don't want them spitting in it!)

And in starbucks I am so happy to get the warm caffeinated goodness I couldn't be rude to person is making it for me

Sorry Deb I am that woman i'm senstive to tempeture (due to the major dental work that I'm having done). I try to avoid ice & I request my Caramel Mochiato;s @ 140 degrees. A friend that is a Barista suggested I do that.... Sorry if it annoys you

I know how you feel.....i work for starbucks and i hate just hate working there cause of some people who think they are too good.....they think we are machines....u just pay and the drink is supposed to be done....i hate that did you just see the person in front of you order three drinks. during the holidays its crazy. my regulars i love!! and they stick up for us. try to have a better day next time you are there. :)
