i wash it every other day. if i was it everyday my hair will get dried out. i hear it's not healthy to wash everyday too.

I shower everyday but I only wash/shampoo my hair every other day....hence I wear a ponytail every other day! I just put it up so it doesn't get wet

I wash my hair everyday and I asked my hair person about it. She said that most of the time they tell people not to wash it everyday, but for some they can get away with it. Personally, I feel gross when I don't wash it everyday...

aww, I miss you too!!
You are not going to loose all your hair!! Actually, I found that using regular shampoo makes my hair fall out in the shower. But since I started using Tail & Mane (yes the horse shampoo-can be found in Stop and Shop) my hair has maybe ONE strand at most falling out in the shower. It is awesome. It has made my hair stronger.

i think it depends on the type of hair you have... my hair is so fine and oily that if i didnt wash it everyday i'd look like a greaseball... but friends of mine was their hair every 3 days... they have super thick & curly hair... so it really dpends..

Yup....I wash my hair every 3 days....it definetely depends on your hair type. When I use to workout everyday/swim...then I would wash it everyday.
It isn't unhealthy to wash hair everyday because water is basically the best moisture for the hair.

I don't - I have curly hair and my hair looks better dirty LOL I wash it every other day - I cant stay more than 2 days w/o washing it bc then i feel disgusting!
