Has anyone heard this technique to clean the wax out of your ears before? Neither have I until I did it the other day. I recommend anyone that has headaches and throat infections and if your ears hurt to do this, its great, I can hear sooo much better now.

Its very weird but it works. It a hollow candle, you stick one end (cone) in the ear at an 75 deg angle and then you light the other end of the candle on fire, and with the 'tunnel' effect, it suckss out the wax out of the ear and you can open the end of it when its done buring and it shows you all the crud in your ear.
Its a centuries old remedy that helps improve hearing, taste, smell and balance. It helps clear the sinus , lymph congestion, sore throat, earaches, swimmers ear, headached etc. My ears always hurt thats why I did it

No I got it done by a pro, they have this at spas and beauty salons. If you have bad ear probs I suggest you do this, you will feel sooo much better, research it online for more info

FH and I did this once. It was funny. His family did it a bunch of times before. It's pretty gross when you're done and you see all that wax lol. It doesn't take long, just a couple of minutes in each ear. We got ours in GNC.

I went to a spa in Roslyn Heights, for $40 , but you can order the candles online as well.

you are going to laugh but this is what my mom does and HAS always done to us growing up!
She makes a cone out of newspaper, places the pointy side in our ear then lights it on fire, it ***** the wax out. if you unroll the paper you can see the wax.
I know gross but sheswears by it!

thats basically what my mom does but with newspaper
