My mother is not in the mood for ham this year, so she's doing all italian. Stuffed shells, meatballs, neckbones, sausage etc. You get the idea.

Re: NWR: Easter Dinner
we have all sorts of stuff. Usually some sort of pasta, leg of lamb, ham, sometimes turkey instead of ham. Then we have all sorts of veggies, salads, and TONS of desserts. I know this year we are definitely having the leg of lamb because my mom is making it. And of course the leg of lamb comes with potatoes. This is for catholic easter. For greek easter ( because I celebrate both) we usually have baked ziti, leg of lamb, and whatever my uncle feels like cooking on the spit. Last year was a pig, the year before was a goat. Depends on what he gets.

Re: NWR: Easter Dinner
Normally it's about 20 of us, and we always eat at my grandmothers house. This year we have extra family coming so it will be alot more food than usual. But so far I know it will be Lamb, Ham, and Chicken as the meats, along w/ Zitti. All I kwow is that I'm not cooking anything this year. We usually rotate each year, and this year it''s the elders turn to cook, and we'll clean
