It's a very down day for me today, I lost my Mom 1 year ago today. I think about her and my Dad every day, today is a little bit heard for me today. I miss all of the long talks that we use to have. I thank God for the time that I had with her. She was more then my Mother she was my Best Friend....
For those of you who still have their Moms. Give them all a big hug and tell them you Love them.......

I'm so sorry!!! My father passed over 9 years ago....its definitely hard....just remember that your mom is watching over you, she's probably very proud of you planning your wedding. I try to stay strong knowing that my dad would want me to be.

So sorry you are feeling down...you can still talk to her...i will have conversations outloud in my house with my departed loved ones (when FH isn't around of course..haha)..it just helps me feel connected to them...i know it sounds crazy, but you might want to try it..and know that your mom is watching over you...she may not be able to answer back in a way you can understand, but sometimes they send us signs...in the smallest litte ways...

Marly, I know how you feel. The 4 year anniversary of my mom's passing is a month away. Its difficult to lose a mom and somehow planning a wedding makes it that much more difficult. Please take solace in knowing that she is in your heart and still a part of your life.
I hope that the brides that still have their moms in their lives take advantage of their blessing.
