NWR: Femcon Birth Control

So I'm preparing to go on Accutane. My skin is just so freakin bad I can't take it anymore. So I'm on a new birth control pill for only 2 days, and I feel like shiz. I'm sooooo nausea. Anyone have these problems? And if so, when did they go away? Thanks.

That is normal when you change BC pills. It should go away after a few days, if not call the doctor. Its just due to the different level of hormones in the pill.

Different pills usually affect people differently but I'm having a really bad experience with Femcon. I have been sick since I started taking it 6 months ago. I have bad Migraines and naseau. Also my acne has been out of control (i'm not sure if thats normal). It's was really bad the first month, got better and got REALLY bad about a month or two ago.

I kept on waiting to talk to the gyn since I figured it would go away but now once I'm done with my pack i'm done with Femcon and trying a new pill.

Wow! Maybe its this pill? I just googled it and it said a lot of people have these side effects. I got samples of it, thats why I'm on it, but I never had these problems with Yasmin, or anything else for that matter. Thanks for posting, I am gonna try taking it at night and see if that helps, if not I rather spend th 20 bucks and just switch back to Yasmin!

Another bad thing about Femcon is that there's no generic so for me it was $40/month. Thank god for samples.

I'm probably the wrong person to even talk bout the pill since i think i've been on every one known to man and I seem to have problems with them. I even had problems with Yaz (generic Yasmin). If I didn't have PCOS I wouldn't take the pill at all.

Unfortunately without it I wouldn't get my period at all.

The Dr. gave me a sample of Seasonique so i'll try after AF comes. You get your period every 3 months instead of every month. I'm hoping that means I won't have the problems with PMS that i've had.
