I actually like Biolage and Dove makes a good one for thin/fine hair.

i use the 'extra volume' dove for fine, thin hair - both the shampoo and conditioner. i swear by it. it's the only voluming hair product that doesn't make my hair look dirty.

my hair is also super fine in its natural state...I use and love KMS AMP volume shampoo and conditioner....HTH...
