NWR: Got A New Car!!!

Hey ladies i'm so excited and just wanted to share...my birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks and my car, unfortunately was dying so my FH just surprised me with the best gift ever..a new car!!

I'm super excited! I'm picking up my new 2008 Ford Edge on Saturday...here's a picture of it...I'm actually getting it in that awesome orange color too!!

While its a great car and I'm super excited to bring him home...We're going to be pretty tight budget wise from here on out but its worth it because my old car was on its way out and I didn't want to get stuck on the side of the highway or something with a dead car and i need a car to get to school..It rides great, feels like my dad's Touareg...definitely look into it...even with not so great credit we got a pretty good deal

yea, if i could get the deal i got for my taurus i'd get one right now. when i got my car my dad was working at smithtown ford and the car was a dealer trade in that no one wanted and they were running a deal. so i got my car like, dirt cheap even though it was brand new.

So far I love it and the guys at the dealership have treated us like gold....really nice people that work there..they weren't pushy or trying to force anything on us..definitely a great experience...I'll let everyone know how it drives...I took it for a test drive and it felt great but the test drive was only around the block and back to the dealership..I'm picking it up on Saturday so I'll give you the info then!!

If you want I can also FM you the name of the Ford dealership we went with, they were awesome and totally willing to work with us and didn't make us feel down on ourselves just because our credit isn't that great!

the FHs car has more money in it that I have all together he races it too and all of his friends put in actual dollar bills when he got it and he folds them and puts them on the signal bars, the sun visor rings etc loll---- I say all the money goes to the gas fund lolll we all know how necessary that would be

omg I'm over the moon excited...I was sad to get rid of the car i have now but he's old and has issues...but he was my first car ever and i have a lot of memories with that car...

and i know what you mean about the gas...thank the higher powers that be that my new car takes regular unleaded!!!
