NWR- hair salons in NYC

I should post this on NWR, but I feel like this board gets a lot more traffic!
Does anyone know of a hair salon in NYC in the area around Penn Station that is not super expensive ($50 and under) for a hair cut?
TIA!!

I just found a place that did an amazing job and they are about $50 a cut. The palce was called DNB Hair Color and they are located at 208 W 23rd St. Their phone number is (212) 633-1825

I used Vivian and she did a great job.
