So my health insurance is horrific. I pay a lot for nothing and my co-pays are high...
So FH has a decent plan and they say we need legal documentation of domestic partnership for me to get put on it. Can someone tell me what that might be? He cant find any info on it and his HR dept is totally useless as always.

House papers, bills that have the same address, bank accounts...that's what i would assume
my FH checked into this for me also before i got my job... i was insurance-less for quite awhile... these were the types of documents they required

I was able to do this no questions asked .. and I did it over the phone.
I would imagine it means some sort of proof of address for you both.
