NWR: help from teachers/grad students
Ok, I know this type of topic has been asked alot...but I have a question anyway hehe
I am looking into the NYC Teaching Fellowship program and also Touro. I have major school loans from going to a private college in the city for undergrad...so am not looking to do that for grad.
However, I majored in Psych so have no teaching certification although have worked at a special ed school here on LI and taken some special ed credits. What I am getting to is...
Does Touro College not look as good on resumes as other colleges? And also since I live on LI in Babylon would commuting everyday for the NYCTF be a pain? Anyone do it? I am commuting right now for my senior year of undergrad into the city but I only go in 2 days a week and work out here on the island the other days.
