NWR, I am such a girl

I spent all weekend helping FH remove an old chimney and then patching the hole in the roof where it used to be. We are having the entire roof replace in 2 weeks, but couldn't leave the hole there until then

I hit my thumb with a hammer and totally cried like a baby - i so tried not to because I wanted to be tough ...I not tough

But I DID get over my fear of heights on got up on the roof!!!

Now my entire body hurts from squatting, lifting, hammering, demolishing. OMG I need a hot tub and a ful body massage!

I give you credit though!! No one's getting me on a roof!!!!!!!!

Thanks! It took me about 10 tries before I could actaully step off the ladder onto the roof.


....and then coming down! OMG, I was terrified! I was beginning to think I may be stuck up there forever
