NWR.. im so upset <<UPDATE>>

so yesterday i was driving with FH in my 2007 car. and all of a sudden we heard a loud bang. no dents, or scratches.. something must of fell off the bottom of my car... well i bring it to the dealer today.. just calls me back and says there is extensive amount of damage, and it will cost.. $ 3500 what great timing with the wedding...i dont have this money!!!! im stuck at work,... crying , trying to hide it , but im soooo upset. its a brand new car, and he said nothing was covered under warranty.


ok so the dealership got on my last nerve.. i didnt deal with the ******** anymore.. i went with FH to get my car and the girl that answers the phone said my car was taken apart.... im like WHAT!!!
i didnt approve of anything, and asked for a manager.. well sure enough she lied to me, and he said i can come get it.. so i go get it after they were closed and the key wasnt in the car!!!!
so i call up this morning and that same girl HUNG UP ON ME!! i was furious..... so i go and pick up the keys today and the girl was at the desk, and said 'oh so you hung up on me?? she's like no i didnt even talk to you... basically i said she was a liar and called her a biatch before i walked out..

NEVER GO TO HUNTINGTON MAZDA THEY ARE RUDE AND NASTY!!!

Thats nuts! If its not covered under warranty, I would go to another mechanic, the dealer always tries to rip you off! Dont cry, heres a hug!

Could you take it to someone else for a second opinion? That just really stinks... but try to think about things that will make you happy, like the wedding, FH, all the excitement coming up for you.

What did they say it was? I hate when new cars fall apart. I had a brand new Kia about 4 or 5 years ago, after several breakdowns and weird problems (bad flywheel?) ......at 30,000 miles the MAIN COMPUTER CHIP died!!
I donated the pos to a charity that fixes cars and gives them to homeless people, and I got myself a honda civic.

I really hope everything works out for you, you dont need any extra stress before the wedding

If the car is a 2007, then it automatically comes with a three year or 36,000 mile warrants whicheve comes first. And depending on how long ago you purchased it, there is the lemon law. You shouldnt have to pay so much for repairs so soon.

you are NOT screwed they are trying to screw you! you need to contact your insurance company and see what you can do to fight this. if it's a brand new car THEY are responsible for proving you hit something.

Oh no he's dumb. there is no 'if it's your fault, you pay for it' if you have warranty. what a d u m b a s s . I worked at a car dealeship for 4 yrs. That's not how it works. He justs wants to make money and still put in a claim so he will get double the money.

MY FH own a mechanic shop what accepts warranty and if it is convered you wont have to pay for anything. FM the details if you'd like and I can always get a 2nd opinion for you.

like the above poster said, warranty is warranty, whether it was your fault or not (good point btw!) take it back to the dealer and ask to speak to a manager. DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU!

If the car has a warranty, it should be covered. It's now your fault you hit a cement block. what the h e l l was it doing there in the first place?

These car dealerships will do anything to make money.

If you hit a block of cement, I'm thinking you would have realized it. Get another opinion and call your insurance company. You have a warranty and it should be covered. Good Luck!!!!!!

you def better look into this one... if you saw nothing in the road that you could have hit they are def trying to screw u.... its a 2007 car and everything is usually covered bumper to bumper for at least 3 yrs... def read your warranty

We are so sorry to hear about this. I think you should talk with your insurance. You should not have to spend all that money on getting your car fixed. Here are some hugs.

are you the only one that drives the car?? maybe someone else drove it and hit something without telling you??

it doesnt make sense for something to just fall off....the techs at the mazda dealer must have seen scratches that proves you hit something...

I think they're trying to screw you out of money. Definitely get a second opinion and have them explain specifically what is wrong. You should still be covered under warranty--no questions asked.
