so yesterday i was driving with FH in my 2007 car. and all of a sudden we heard a loud bang. no dents, or scratches.. something must of fell off the bottom of my car... well i bring it to the dealer today.. just calls me back and says there is extensive amount of damage, and it will cost.. $ 3500 what great timing with the wedding...i dont have this money!!!! im stuck at work,... crying , trying to hide it , but im soooo upset. its a brand new car, and he said nothing was covered under warranty.
ok so the dealership got on my last nerve.. i didnt deal with the ******** anymore.. i went with FH to get my car and the girl that answers the phone said my car was taken apart.... im like WHAT!!! i didnt approve of anything, and asked for a manager.. well sure enough she lied to me, and he said i can come get it.. so i go get it after they were closed and the key wasnt in the car!!!! so i call up this morning and that same girl HUNG UP ON ME!! i was furious..... so i go and pick up the keys today and the girl was at the desk, and said 'oh so you hung up on me?? she's like no i didnt even talk to you... basically i said she was a liar and called her a biatch before i walked out..
NEVER GO TO HUNTINGTON MAZDA THEY ARE RUDE AND NASTY!!! i just want to thank you girls for helping me, it really got me through the day with all your input!! ~~deanna~~

I'd get a second opinion and not only that...look up the first guy on the better business bureau...
I know thats taking it a bit far, but with all those shady dealers out there - its worth it

Aww! I'm sorry! If you want to go to another Mazda dealer-try the one in Wantagh on Sunrise Highway. I dealt with a guy named Danny. He was awesome. Seriously gave me a great deal and has helped me with any problems since. HTH

Check the recall list for your car. We paid for damages to our car and recently got a recall card in the mail for the damages we paid for. Needless to say we got our money back from the original fix-if there is no recall go to a different person. Also try going thru your insurance company, you 'may' be covered for it.
