Ok, so all summer I have been going to teaching interviews. I have gotten through to the last level of interviews 3 times! Basically it appears I am not getting the job only because I am fresh out of school and my competition has a few years experience (they were excessed from their job due to the economy, etc.). My question is: HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET EXPERIENCE IF NONE OF YOU WILL HIRE ME!!
ETA: sorry, just needed to vent. (Fixed my angry/emotional typo too. Lol)

Dont be discouraged! There are some schools out there that actually like new grads!! That school will come along soon for you too.
