NWR: Laguna Beach

I love this show too! I was disappointed with the finale though - it was sad, but I wanted to see more of Jason and LC (since they are supposedly dating now!). I didn't even see him at all in the preview for her spinoff.

OMG I'm so glad I'm not the only one who loves this show! Pick up US Weekly with Julia Roberts on the cover - they have updates on a bunch of the LB cast members. Jason and Stephen live together in LA (Jason is still dating LC - he's such a player). Kristen is going to be in some random movie. Etc

The new season is going to have LC's little sis in the cast. Sorry to say but obviously all the 'pretty' genes were inherited by LC and not the little sister.

I live in Los Angeles and they are all the newest celebrities at the club. Talan was in the car when Paris' boyfriend crashed it last week.
I don't do the scene out here, but a lot of people work in the industry, so we all share celeb gossip at lunchtime.

Really? That is so weird - I read that is one of the reasons they aren't doing a Laguna Beach 3 with the original cast (cause they aren't really normal people anymore - they are like mini celebs)

I was disappointed in the finale as well. It just didn't live up to 'finale' standards.

I'm not sure how into 'the Hills' I am going to be. Even though I am a BIG fan of LC, I don't know how into that 'LA scene' I can get. Those people she was hanging out with seemed really weird and superficial.

Also, now that this cast of Laguna blew up so big, it's almost like the new crew of kids are trying WAY too hard. I mean how much make-up were those kids wearing???

Oh well... I'm sure I'll get just as addicted.

Did anyone see the after show at TRL when they where talking to LC about her new show?? I think she looked a little diffrent, like maybe she put on a few pounds your had something done! Anyone else notice anything diffrent??

I think she looked REALLY nervous or shy. She wasn't looking in the camera at all, it was almost like she didn't even want to be there. And her answers were so short. Hmmmm

You are right, the original cast is not in Season 3, I think they are focusing on the new seniors/juniors at the high school.

I know a few people who are kinda/sorta papparazzi and they are the ones who tell me how some of the kids (mostly Talan, Kristin, Stephen and Jason/Lauren) from Laguna Beach are hanging out in the Clubs/Bars and partying with all the other celebs.

i went on mtv.com and looked at the overdrive of lc on trl
she gained weight and looks like shes going to the gym her arms are getting cut..

So that's what's filling the 10 spot on Monday's YES!!! I love it, there's so much Drama on that show. Thank God Veronica and Rachel are not going to be on there, all though I will miss reading there tee shirts

i saw that too - i cant believe that is her sister when she was never even seen in any of the past shows..
i love the show too, but a my friend at MTV says it is totally all real - but it is also staged (they tell the kids what conversations to have, what to say) and cut from all different days/months..
BUT - i will still watch the new episode and the hills!!!
