Did u try North Shore Animal League? MY DH works there as 1 of his jobs. I was inthere a couple of weeks ago, and they have alot of puppies. They need loving homes
They're located in Port Washington. If you want, I can ask my DH if they have those 2 breeds that u mentioned when he goes to work tmrw...

I definatley would like to adopt first and foremost! I would like a small dog, mutts are cool, but I would like one like the ones I mentioned. I have want a puppy so I can train it the way that I like.
