NWR- My cat

UGH, I am crying!

I have two older cats too - I fear the worst every day when I walk in the door. I cry every night when I hold them and they lay with me in bed.

My mom always tells me that they gave me lots of love, they know I loved them, and they have had a great life with me. I feel so bad for what you are going through...I really do. Animals are beautiful creatures.

Maybe she can spend time with my childhood cat, Cappy, in Heaven!

Oh i'm glad that I wasn't the only one crying at work!! This is so sad but also 19 years is a good long lifetime for a kitty

I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a pet is a very difficult thing to go through. I went through it with my dog a few years ago. I'm sending tons of your way!

Thank you ladies for all you kind words. I have been crying off and on all day today. I have to look into a microscope from time to time and I am having such a hard time with my puffy eyes! Unfortunately I had to go to work since I just started a new job.

I am missing Jellybean so bad. Yesterday was extremely painful. I came out of the shower and no one was there to greet me. I am sick to my stomach over it. Everything in the apartment reminds me of her.

We put up her Pawprints last night. FH had bought this for me years ago. You take a plaster imprint of the paw. The frame comes with a place for the paw print and a picture of your animal. I cried just trying to pick out a photo. She was so beautiful.
I miss you Bean!

We had to put my 19 yr old cat to sleep last night.
I am so devasted. I knew the day would come but it hurts so much.
I miss her so much. It felt so strange not having her a sleep on my head this morning or purring in my ear.

I know, I have TONS of pics of my babies...Every single roll some how winds up being ALL OF THEM!

I am really truly sorry! I love my babies as much as you love yours! I hate that these things have to happen, when my childhood cat Cappy died - I vowed never to have another..now I have THREE - 2 I have had for about 15 years...one is really starting to lose weight and the other seems to be OK. The third I found in July and FH insisted on keeping her. I didn't want to but he insisted. She stays at his house and my babies are at my apartment, I can't even imagine what will happen when we move in. I didn't want to keep the cat because I was only thinking of the stress I would be putting on my two older cats when we moved in...the stress of moving them so old and the stress of having a 1 year old cat to deal with! I am so sorry...I am rambling and I have a huge lump in my throat trying to fight the tears...

But what I started saying is that when Cappy died, I vowed never to have another...but time goes on and the pain does ease. Your baby knows you loved her! She was hapy to have you as her mommy!

I am so very sorry for your loss. Dealing with the loss of a pet is so hard. I had to put my dog down a few years ago......I cried for days!
You will pull through. Just know that your cat is no longer in pain and not suffering.
