NWR: Need a resturant for bday dinner

Somewhere near Roosvelet Fields would be best.. It's for FH, he wants to throw a party for FMIL's 60th bday in October... any suggestions?

Hmm...I'd have to look it up. The only thing that I can think up off the top of my head is Olive Garden.

Great minds think alike. Without a doubt Cafe Baci! It is the best. I am having my engagement party there. FM me for pricing info or go there and they have a catering menu. Only can have a private party on Saturday or Sunday afternoon from 12-4.

Also I LOVE Spazzo's!! but I wanted a more american menu, because we are inviting alot of her co-worker's and I think more variety would be nice..

Baci is great, the food is wonderful and plentiful, but I don't think they take reservations. If you have a big group, they might.....

Another good place is the West End Cafe on Glen Cove Rd. (it is in the first shopping center after the LIRR overpass going north past the Macy's furniture outlet). I also really like Blue Tequila for Mexican Food on Old Country Rd. in the Country Glen Shopping center.

is there a macaronni grill around there...

olive garden is always a good choice...

what about that habachi place around there...those places are always fun...

Papparazzi off glen cove road right down the road from roosevelt field. They have a private room for parties,. The food is very good too!!

Not to put Papparazzi down (was there like a month ago) but they're service kinda sucked. Their pasta was kinda cold, and they didn't have water on the tables. You would have to go to the bar to get it. They only had 4 waiters for 12 tables . Make sure you tell them exactly what you want.
