Original post by Mikeysgirl

I need help from the 08 girls. Can anyone suggest a lounge in NY that serves food, has good music and isn't too expensive? Thanks!

ive heard of it, i think you mentioned it before infact hahaha..of course i just looked up the average price for lofts in nolita and its $2million lol

omg! NUTs thats cuz its so close to SOHO.
That area is amazing.

yeah some call it NoHo lol, yeah that turned into a great area, so many great restaurants and places to go out to

Yea and Lower East Side is now called LOHO lol...

Yea definaltey great area.

curious to see how it will be a few years from now

I know i keep telling FH I really dont want to move its just too bad its small or else I would stay a good 10 years or so.

imagine those who have been living there for years how lucky they got especially if its rent control. Well i guess live there until you have kids, which is probably your plan lol

Yea the original owners in my building bought their apartment for a dollar per share. Everyone owns 250 so they bought their apt for $250.00

omg i wishhhhhhhhh. my aunt actually owns an apt in my buidling and she has a duplex and a backyard. she is an orginal owner.

I think we can fit a crib in the apt., so until the first kid can go to school thats the plan lol.

damn lucky f*cks, imagine paying just that much for an apt in the city.

Right by columbia university - 114th and riverside

I was curious b/c one of my BMs grew up on LES, and went to school on UES.

ohhh okay....my dad grew up on 110 and riverside.

I was curious cuz I was always in LES at my aunts house., she babysat me alot and I went to alot of summer programs at Henry Street Settlement. (on LES)

I also went to Seward Park High School for summer school in 1997-1998 i believe. (In LES)
