NWR: Need party recipes

Anyone have a good recipe for a NYE party? Something satisfying that won't weigh everyone down.

I always do a veggie platter. Its super easy, inexpensive and healthy other than the dip!

Thanks! That's a great idea and I'll def have that. I am looking for something a little more inventive/festive that I can make.

NWR: Need party recipes

i love love love cooking and entertaining...i made these pesto palmiers..u take frozen puff pastry roll in out....in a bowl mix one 8 0z container of cream cheese...some grated parmesan...store bought Buitoni pesto..mix together and spread on the puff pastry..roll both sides of the pastry inward towards eachother...cut slices and lay flat on sheet pan..bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min...they are always a HUGE hit!

You can make a spinach/artichoke dip... that is always a hit at our house.
