NWR: Newport, RI

What is your favorite B&B up there and was it priced reasonably?

Also, what else is there to do? Are the B&B's within walking distance anywhere?

Thanks ladies. Need to get away. LOL

Belle View Inn. We stayed there twice, we also got engaged there. We did the cliff walk, toured the mansions, there is a dinner train that goes along the water, we also did a sail boat cruise. We love newport.

I stayed at the Marshall Slocum Inn http://www.marshallslocuminn.com/index.htm

Newport, RI is absolutely amazing, although the drive back on Sunday was a nightmare... definitely take a sunset cruise http://www.sail-newport.com/index.html

Enjoy!!!

There's plenty to do, and many of the B7B's are walking ditance..when we went there we stayed on tha mainland though bc it was cheaper

You MUST do

The Cliffwalk (it's in 1000 places to see before you die!)

and

The Breakers!

We also enjoyed the 10 mile drive, although we kid of got lost because it was nighttime and it was more like the 30 mile drive...LOL

We will be staying at the Adele Turner Inn in June, but we haven't been there before. I thought it was so awesome that they had wine tasting on the weekends! And they were affordable for us.
