So you guys have been getting all the sage with the house and how much I hate the sellers!
We are officially closing June 28th at 2pm! They are going to be in possession of the house for 5 days after closing which means that July 4th will be our first day in the new house!

Super exciting! How long had you guys been looking before you found a place?
We were looking online at mlsli and listing book fir about 2 months and then about 6 to 8 weeks of going to open houses and viewing houses with our broker. We were very indecisive of whether we wanted to do it before or after the wedding. That is until we went into the house we are buying. We knew we wanted the house when we walked in for the first time.
