NWR: Pregnant?? UPDATE

Ok.... well if there isn't enough stress and craziness with 11 days till my wedding...

Here are my symptoms:

1. I have been carsick like nauseous for about 2 weeks.... I thought I had the start to the stomach flu but I never got sick.

2. I literally can't be in the same room with meat. Any kind. The smell, look anything can make me throw up. Weird.

3. I am exhausted. All I do is sleep which is not like me at all.

4. I am 4 days late on my period. (I think that is the kicker)

Weird thing is, I took 2 pregnancy tests, one yesterday and one the day before and both were negative.

What do you think??

Hi Everyone!

I went to the doctor yesterday and explained to him that I thought I might be pregnant and he says “ok, let's test for that” AND BRINGS OUT A NEEDLE!! No one told me they had to draw blood to test for pregnancy!!

After my slight meltdown about having my blood drawn, they did a quick once over on my blood pressure, temp, etc... They also did some other tests on my blood to make sure I don't have any other weird diseases. Right before I left with a clean bill of health, they came in and told me:

I am not pregnant

It is a big relief and let's me focus more on the wedding right now! My doctor said that the symptoms I am having (especially missed period) are all a result of anxiety, stress and high emotional state (hormones). They won’t know about any of the other tests they did on my blood till later this week, but he said just from experience, he thinks this will all go away after the wedding.

I hope this helps anyone else going through this!!

Any updates yet? I would be nervous too! I think our heads cause more problems than anything. you can make yourself sick just by thinking about it! Try to relax....(easier said then done!)

I'm sure you'll feel much better (and reassured) once the doctor tells you whatever it is that's going on (whether it's a little one or just stress). Good luck today and keep us posted with whatever the news is!

4pm doctor's appointment -- that was the earliest they could squeeze me in I'll let you know as soon as I know.

Good Luck at the doctor today. Yes there is a very good chance it is stress but it also very classic signs of pregnancy!

Seeing you seem to be ok with it either way then what is meant to be will be!

You should go take a blood test, i was around 3 days late and all pee pregnancy test came out negative, then i was 9 days late, and still negative . it finally came out in blood, but right afer that also came out in an EPT test, so you might try that.
