2010er crashing ...

if it just LOWERS sperm count, it doesn't mean that you will def not be able to conceive naturally ... it just makes it harder. I would store some sperm just in case and have kids later on in life (whenever you're ready) ... i would not have kids right away just because of this

Thanks-it reduces the viability of the sperm. So it's a chance that when we're ready it might be hard. IF he decides to take the medicine; the dr recomended freezing the sperm so that he knows for sure that we could have kids vs. having to deal with issues.

And i don't meant jump to have a baby next month; but it changes things instead of wanting to wait another 3-4 years mabe only wait until next year after the wedding. I just don't want to wait and wait until the time is right; to be met with problems.

why don't you look into banking some of his little swimmers, just in case there is an issue down the road. His health is the most important thing. If his count might be affected then at least you would have some back up if it is needed. Also, adoption could always be an option.

I guess maybe to be on the safe side, you should consider freezing some sperm and then when you both are ready to try for kids, try naturally at first. If it doesn't work, go see the doctor and if you discovered it's because of this medication that you are unable to conceive, then you can try in-v.

Re: NWR-question?

thanks for the suggestions!

For his privacy-i deleted my original post but i was glad to hear your thoughts. I don't want to discuss this w/my close friends because i feel it's a little premature and i know he wouldn't want people that he know; knowing this since it's a private matter. It's only a 'risk' not a 100% certainity that it will happen but all the articles we've read mentions it. We'll definetely look into the thought of freezing the boys so that if we're faced with any problems in the future we'll have a back up plan.

You girls are the greatest!!!
