NWR Question for Queens girls

For those of you familiar with the subway system, is there a Starbucks or a nice Dunkin Donuts located right near a subway stop in Queens? Thanks!

well I know there is a Dunkin Donuts on Queens Blvd right off the R,V trains (Woodhaven Blvd stop), but I wouldn't necessarily call it nice LOL

It's right next to the Queens Center mall.

hahha yeah! Which line? There are a lot of subway lines and stops in Queens.

Where in Queens?

By me there is a DD and Starbucks off of the RV at 65th Rd/Queens Blvd.

It's a good Starbucks and it's right outside the stop.

If you go one more stop to 71st you have another Starbucks. The E/F line also stop there.

If you got up two stops there is a nice Starbucks on 65th and Queens Blvd. R/V

there are a ton of them...depends where you are looking. If you want to go off of the E,F, V, R or G you can go to 71st/Continental in Forest Hills and there are 2 starbucks along with a ton of restaurants. Or you could take the local trains to Steinway and there is a starbucks there too.
Let me know where exactly you are looking and i can give some more ideas

There's a starbucks IN the Queens Center Mall. And there's all couches and chairs and tables around it.

Oh my! I am suburban aren't I?

Well I'm trying to meet up with someone from Park Slope area in BK, at a coffee house near a subway. I guess I should ask her what line?

Park Slope is Brooklyn, not Queens.

If I'm correct, I think that is by the L or M.

Queens and BK don't really have lines that go together. It's soooo annoying.

The M does stop in Ridgewood. There is a Dunkin Donuts on Fresh Pond in Ridgewood off of the M, but it's nothing special. I dont think there is a Starbucks over here. I work there

I just edited the post. Queens and BK lines aren't really connected..Only Ridgewood, and that is the M.

Otherwise, her commute is going to have to take her through Manhattan and into Queens.

Chrissi, on the E/F there is a Starbucks right next to the Union Tpke/Kew Gardens stop (which is also the stop I use every day!). It is right on Queens Blvd. and Union Tpke.

Yeah, all along Queens BLVD (E/F or the local R/V/G (which is never there hahah) are Starbucks.

Union Turnpike, 71st, 65th...

There are DDs also.

But that isn't going to be convenient to get to from BK.

Agreed- it's a real b!tch to get from Brooklyn to Queens. The easiest way would be the N,R, W but that takes you all through Manhattan or possibly the G train and switch to the E/V at 23rd St/Ely Ave. But I don't think that'll be convenient with Park Slope either.

you may want to look into the LIRR. I believe there is at least one station in Brooklyn (Atlantic Station) but I do not know how far that is from Park Slope. That runs to Jamaica which may have some starbucks near by, but if not she can transfer from Jamaica to a Forest Hills train and there are plenty there.

Not an answer ot your question, but I'm assuming you picked Queens as a mid point of sorts? So if you don't need to be in Queens for a reason other than that, I'd say it would just be easier for you both to mee in Manhattan at Penn... she can take the subway and you can take LIRR and it's the easiest as far as transfers and finding your way around.. and then you can go anwhere you want,
