Hey ladies!

I have a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a large balcony and a great view located at the border of Garden City and Hempstead. It's in a great neighborhood, I have lived here for 7 years, and never had any issues. The people are friendly and it's nice and quiet here. The building has a doorman, the super lives on the premises, and there's a parking lot for tenants. It's a few blocks away from these great bars and reataurants on North Franklin in Garden city.
